Spotted in San Mateo. An uncommon artifact of bad city planning.
A bit of backstory before I begin: a few days ago, one of my relatives (who I shall not name) sent me a package with a big blue SEACRET brand logo on the side. Upon opening it, I discovered beautifying products (and along with it a brochure which explains the company). My first remark: "They can't even spell the word 'secret' right!" A quick cut to the chase: To evade anti-MLM laws in the USofA, instead of making it where if you invite x people your products are now free, now if you invite x people to buy products (in this case, $100+ worth of products must be purchased) you receive a y discount. Retail prices for each item are absurd ! I will go over each individual item and give my analyses on the following articles. To knock 20% off the retail price, simply spend >$100 to qualify as a "VIP" (and as a bonus, get free shipping). Another 10% can be saved from the "VIP price" by using an "easy reorder" (must be a recurring order)
